About X-KPR Marine Fabrication
Specialized manufacturer of complex tube framework structures for marine applications. From prototypes to production, we deliver precision metal fabrication for demanding saltwater environments.
Who We Are
X-KPR specializes in complex metal tube framework structures—the kind that require multi-tube welding, 3D space geometry, and custom fixturing for consistent production.
Our Focus
We manufacture tube-based assemblies that demand precision: marine T-tops and towers, radar arches, bow and stern pulpits, seating frames, and railings. Each project involves laser tube cutting, CNC bending, TIG welding, and surface finishing—all optimized for saltwater corrosion resistance.
While we offer sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining, these capabilities serve our core mission: supporting tube framework projects with complementary parts like mounting plates, brackets, and hardware.
What We Build
Our typical projects share three characteristics:
- Multi-tube assemblies: 3 or more tubes welded into structural frameworks
- 3D geometries: Non-planar structures requiring compound bends and precise fit
- Production intent: Designs requiring fixturing and tooling for repeatable manufacturing
We don't chase commodity work like simple handrails or standard brackets. Our value lies in tackling complex tube fabrication where dimensional accuracy, weld quality, and material selection directly impact product performance in harsh marine environments.
