We accept STEP, IGES, Parasolid, DXF, and DWG CAD files. PDF technical drawings are helpful as references but not sufficient alone for accurate quoting. For best results, provide 3D solid models with detailed 2D drawings.

Standard quotes with DFM feedback are delivered within 48 business hours. Rush quotes for simple parts can be provided in 24 hours if requested. Complex assemblies requiring detailed analysis may take up to 72 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no strict MOQ. Prototype quantities are welcome. However, per-unit pricing decreases significantly for production volumes above 50 units due to tooling amortization and setup efficiency.
Do you provide samples before full production?
Yes. We recommend prototype runs for first-time designs to validate fit, finish, and functionality before committing to larger volumes. Prototypes typically ship within 7-10 days.
Can you help optimize my design for manufacturing?
Absolutely. Our DFM review identifies tolerance issues, weld accessibility constraints, material selection concerns, and cost-saving opportunities. We provide specific feedback with recommended design changes to improve manufacturability and reduce cost.
What materials do you work with?
Primary materials include 316L/304 stainless steel tubing, 6061-T6/5083 aluminum tubing, and mild steel. We also fabricate with custom alloys upon request. All materials come with mill certifications for traceability.
Do you offer finishing services?
Yes. We provide TIG weld finishing, polishing, powder coating, anodizing, and passivation. All finishing is done in-house or through vetted local partners for quality control.
