Quality Philosophy

For marine applications where saltwater corrosion and structural loads demand reliability, we focus on three quality pillars: material traceability (mill certs for all metals), dimensional accuracy (±0.05mm tube cutting, ±0.5° bending), and weld quality (full-penetration TIG welds with visual inspection).
Process Control Points
- Incoming Inspection: Verify mill certifications and measure tube dimensions before processing

Laser Tube Cutting

CNC Tube Bending
±0.5° angular tolerance on bend angles. Repeatable bend radii with mandrel support to prevent wall thinning and wrinkling.
TIG Weld Quality
Full-penetration TIG welds with visual inspection. Consistent bead appearance, minimal spatter, and clean heat-affected zones.
Assembly Tolerances
±2-3mm overall assembly tolerance for multi-tube frameworks. Fixture-controlled welding for dimensional consistency across batches.
Tolerance Guidance: Tighter tolerances are achievable through secondary machining or hand-fitting, but cost increases significantly. Design for ±2-3mm assembly tolerance where possible, reserving tight tolerances (±0.5mm) for critical mounting interfaces only.
